Drugi album z największymi hitami irlandzkiego zespołu rockowego, oryginalnie wydany w listopadzie 2002. „Best of 1990-2000” zawierał dwa nowo nagrane utwory, „Electrical Storm” i „The Hands That Built America”; pierwszy został wydany jako singiel, a drugi na ścieżce dźwiękowej do „Gangs of New York”. Kompilacja zawiera również „nowe miksy” kilku utworów, a także utwory „Hold Me, Thrill Me, Kiss Me, Kill Me” (niealbumowy singiel z 1995 roku) i „Miss Sarajevo” (który pierwotnie był przypisywany Pasażerom a także wydany jako singiel w 1995 roku).
